Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of plant facilities and modularized solutions for energy applications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to technically challenging and innovative projects, supporting the energy transition through efficient, safe, and industrialized design approaches.
Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and verify structural systems to ensure integrity, safety, and compliance with relevant standards.
Develop engineering solutions for steel modules, platforms, structural steel frameworks, concrete foundations, and general civil works.
Create and maintain accurate design documentation, including engineering specifications, bills of materials, and design change requests.
Conduct design reviews and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of construction plant equipment.
Interface directly with customers to understand technical requirements,



present design solutions, and support project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
Participate in product development programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing engineers and clients during the erection/plant installation phase, addressing design‐related inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with Quality teams to develop and implement appropriate testing and inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Define/propose procedures and tool customization for improving design standardization with the aim to reduce cost and lead time, implementing internal standards and knowledge.
Qualifications
Have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
