Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade markets, translating business strategy into actionable supply chain plans. You'll partner with commercial leaders, provide IBP insights, and drive asset and cost optimization while ensuring reliable delivery and service. You will influence regional and global teams, shaping demand, capacity, and market priorities. This is an impact-driven leadership position at a major healthcare company delivering cross-market value and improvements.
Responsibilities Own and lead end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets, from demand shaping to delivery and service execution
Provide functional leadership to in-market Supply Chain Leaders for asset utilization, customer service, order fulfilment, and delivery
Ensure high-performance standards across diverse markets and models




Partner with Commercial Leaders to translate strategy into executable supply chain plans
Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with demand, capacity, and risk insights
Lead cluster-wide asset strategy, deployment, and lifecycle management including NPIs
Drive cost-to-serve optimization while maintaining service levels
Collaborate with Global/International teams to improve visibility, execution and standardization
Develop in-market talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
