Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a senior HR/PX leader to oversee the People Experience function across Italian offices, including remote staff, and to partner with senior leaders on strategic PX initiatives and end-to-end HR programs.
The role requires 7+ years in operational HR, 4+ years in team leadership, strong Italian payroll and labor law knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English. Hospitality/cruise industry experience is highly valued.
