WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Footwear Technician who brings advanced footwear craftsmanship, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional product quality. You thrive in a hands‐on environment and have a deep understanding of footwear assembly processes, materials, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.



You are confident working across all phases of footwear construction—from lasting and pressing through finishing—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem‐solving. You work effectively with cross‐functional partners, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and are motivated by supporting the creation of high‐performance football footwear. A passion for sport, attention to detail, and a commitment to athlete‐focused excellence are essential for success in this role. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Advanced knowledge of footwear assembly processes, including lasting, pressing, bonding, and finishing.
