and optimize scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform working closely with business stakeholders and cross‐functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into high‐quality technical deliverables. Customize Salesforce using technical development tools ensuring that the platform supports efficient processes and exceptional user experience. Essential responsibilities Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, and business / functional / technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration options and custom development. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, integrations, Omnistudio scripts, etc. Support and enhance data integrity by implementing data models, validation logic, automation, and monitoring mechanisms; develop dashboards to track data quality and user adoption. Build, maintain, optimize integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems
