Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the growth of the next‐generation E‐Coat platform across Europe by identifying and pursuing regional business opportunities. You will lead commercial development for E‐Coat projects, collaborating with cross‐functional teams to align market needs with the product strategy. The position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technical delivery, shaping how the platform expands across different market segments and geographies. You will be a key driver of regional growth, turning opportunities into profitable relationships and scalable initiatives. Responsibilities Identify and develop regional E‐Coat opportunities across Europe Lead and drive commercial development for E‐Coat projects Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to align market needs with product strategy Develop and execute go‐to‐market and growth plans for E‐Coat Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, distributors, and partners Monitor market dynamics and competitors to inform strategic decisions Contribute to business cases and project prioritization for the E‐Coat platform Report on progress, risks and impact to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
