Overview As Contract Logistics Site Manager in Siziano, you drive operational excellence at a multi-client healthcare logistics center. You lead warehouse operations, optimize space, equipment and labor, and ensure service levels while managing budgets and change initiatives. You collaborate across levels to foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, shaping how goods flow from storage to delivery. This role offers growth across a global logistics leader and meaningful impact on patient-focused healthcare supply chains. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and service standards Optimize space, equipment and labor utilization Develop and execute the site's annual plan focused on service excellence, efficiency and cost control Foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture across the team Manage human and financial resources to ensure successful site performance Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices Support talent development,
