Experteer Overview As a member of the Direct Load team, you will support the European sales organization in designing Direct Load solutions for customers. You help identify customer needs and shape practical responses, while assisting with tender preparation and follow‐up. You bring deep knowledge of the European land transport market to match capacity with client requirements, including carrier sourcing. You will contribute to developing strategies for the Direct Load business and work across cross‐functional teams to drive growth and improve customer experience at a Pan‐European level.



Retribuzione / Benefits Support European sales in Direct Load solution design Identify customer needs and translate them into solution options Assist sales teams with tender management and follow‐up Leverage knowledge of the European land transport market to align capacity and customer needs Source carriers to meet requirements and optimize pricing/availability Develop strategic directions for the Direct Load business Responsabilità Training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or comparable program Several years of experience in sales and operational roles Strong knowledge in Direct Load customer solution design at a European level Understanding of the carrier market and pricing competence Ability to manage multiple topics and large data sets with clarity Strong communication, reliability, initiative, and teamwork Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages a plus Willingness to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
