Overview
Aviapartner is seeking a motivated Supervisor on Duty – Area Operations to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.
Responsibilities
Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.
Manage and supervise the staff on duty in the department.
Guarantee the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues.
Provide the necessary equipment for the staff in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements.
Support the management of the administrative process to handle sick leave, vacation requests, etc.

Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes.

Human Resources coordination.
Customer and results orientation.
Knowledge and use of IT support.
High school diploma/degree.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Well-groomed and tidy appearance, in line with the reference context.
Driving licence (B) and car owner.
