Responsibilities Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission, and post‐award follow‐up.
Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
Drive business growth through a combination of channel partner engagement and direct sales activities.
Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate cross‐functional teams including sales, legal, finance, product management,



and operations to deliver high‐quality tender responses.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems (Salesforce).
Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, procurement forums, and customer engagements.
Qualifications & Skills Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes.
Strong experience working with public procurement, framework agreements, and regulated purchasing environments.
Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models.
Experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex procurement requirements and marke
