NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC & Recruiting) to analyze business requirements, configure modules, and guide clients through design, build, testing, go-live, and post‐implementation phases.
You will provide strategic HR process optimization, document solutions, and lead client workshops while ensuring smooth integrations with SAP HCM and Payroll. Fluency in English is essential, German or another EU language is a plus.
