Experteer Overview As a Microsoft Partner Success Manager in Arrow's Microsoft team, you serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partners in Italy, helping them grow their business with Arrow. You combine partner relationship management, commercial support, and business development, collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft programs. Depending on experience, you may focus on acquiring new partners and developing new opportunities. You drive renewals, onboarding to Arrow and Arrow Sphere, and coordinate cross‐functional requests to keep partner activities on track. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and support Microsoft partners in daily business with Arrow Build and nurture long‐term partner relationships Explain Microsoft program rules, requirements and opportunities to partners Provide updates on Microsoft products, pricing, incentives, and partner programs Support renewals, commercial offers,



and upselling opportunities Assist onboarding of new partners to Arrow and Arrow Sphere Support new partner acquisition and business development per experience Coordinate partner requests with internal teams Track activities, opportunities, deadlines, and follow‐ups Prepare and present information to partners and internal stakeholders Responsabilità University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or related field Experience in sales support, business development, partner management, customer support or customer‐facing roles Interest in IT, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies or technology sales Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Ability to build business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders Structured, proactive, and accountable work approach with good follow‐up and task tracking Ability to understand program rules, commercial conditions, pricing updates, and partner requirements Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and partner programs Working knowledge of
