Role Description Supports solution design and scoping for strategic deals Provides technical input into proposals and SOWs Validates feasibility of requested features and configurations Participates in early customer conversations to shape expectations Conducts customer demos Creates customer-specific roadmaps including certification roadmaps Responsibilities/Accountabilities Works with KAMS, GTO,



and Managed Services Specialists to architect technical solutions Leads technical whiteboarding and scoping sessions with customers to gather and assess requirements Drafts or contributes to solution overviews, integration diagrams, and delivery assumptions Validates feasibility and compatibility with Ingenico platforms and services Provides input to SOWs, particularly around architecture, integration scope, and technical dependencies Escalates risks or gaps in requirements prior to contract signature Supports internal handover to delivery teams with clear documentation and context Supports GTM launch team in identifying early adopters Deliverables / Performance Metrics Solution designs and architecture overviews Contribution to accurate, feasible SOWs % of scoped solutions delivered without major redesign Risk identification and resolution prior to contracting VOC/Market Requirement Documents for new product introductions % Budget achievement (For Solution Engineers assigned to specific accounts) Skills Required/Prefe
