About the Opportunity As part of its ongoing investment in procurement transformation and operational excellence, the company is seeking an experienced Country Procurement Operations Lead to oversee procurement operations in Italy and act as the key procurement representative across the local organisation. The Role Reporting into the wider Global Procurement organisation, you will lead the Italian Procurement Operations team and serve as the primary procurement representative for local stakeholders, suppliers, auditors, and business leadership. You will play a pivotal role in driving procurement transformation, embedding best‐practice processes, and ensuring procurement operations fully support the organisation's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Procurement Leadership Lead and develop the Country Procurement Operations team in Italy. Act as the senior local representative for the Procurement function across internal and external stakeholder groups. Build strong partnerships with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and business leaders to deliver procurement objectives.
