Prada Group in Milan seeks a brand ambassador with a dual focus on customer experience and stock control. You will convey the Brand's philosophy, maximize sales, foster loyalty, and ensure stock accuracy in line with corporate guidelines.
The role covers in-store customer service, CRM and digital tools, stock counting, SAP product flow, and compliance with security and procedures. You will support Repairs, markdowns, returns, and shop operations under Store Manager supervision.
