Experteer Overview In this Senior Backend role, you drive the technical direction and delivery of complex welfare-payment systems within the Business Team. You will shape multi-service backends that support employer benefits and employee welfare, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable solutions. You'll own features end-to-end, mentor peers, and uphold high-quality engineering practices. This is a chance to impact everyday payments at scale in a fast-moving Fin Tech environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Architect and drive multi-service solutions for the Employer domain, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability Ensure technical quality through robust testing, balanced automation/manual coverage, and controlled rollouts Anticipate and resolve blockers, share knowledge,
