Amazon is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager for EMEA in Milan to lead cross-functional HV infrastructure projects from planning through design development. You will set standards, guide cost/schedule, and coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Construction and external partners.
In this role you will review global standards, manage site selection, permitting, and contract execution, drive blockers to resolution, and ensure high-quality documentation for processes and procedures
