Experteer Overview In this role you will lead mechanical design and development for low voltage switchgear, turning requirements into robust solutions while upholding safety and manufacturability. You will work within the R&D; team to develop new products and improve existing ones, collaborating across functions to meet cost, time, and performance targets. You'll own design outcomes, review peers, and contribute to documentation and guidelines. Retribuzione / Benefits Be accountable for mechanical designs within low voltage switchgear assemblies
Contribute to development of new products, components, and systems
Translate requirements into feasible mechanical designs following guidelines
Own and peer-review design results
Lead or support smaller projects within R&D;




Analyze test results to ensure compliance with standards
Monitor outcomes for performance, cost, and timing targets
Create assembly guidelines and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and drive design standard improvements
Responsabilità Bachelor in Mechanical Design or comparable qualification
Strong 3D design experience, preferably CREO
Experience with PLM systems, ideally Windchill
Solid understanding of system architecture and structural design
Knowledge of data management and documentation management
Structured, analytical, detail‐oriented work style
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts
