Etinars is recruiting a Service Desk Operator for our Rome-based team supporting space programmes. You will act as the first interface to users, manage requests in ServiceNow, and help maintain data access and IAM tasks in a structured environment.
The role requires strong English, autonomy, and ability to work with a cross-functional team. Experience with MS Office and ServiceNow is preferred; relocation to Rome is mandatory.
