We are seeking aProduct / Business Analyst – Wealth Management for our team in Milan . As aProduct Analyst , you will support the development and evolution of Objectway's digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts. Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements,



coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‐ups, reviews, retrospectives). Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem‐solving. Participate in internal product demos and contribute to continuous product improvement. Gather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience. Candidate's Experience and Qualifications Required Experience or strong exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment services, gained through work experience or strong personal interest in financial markets and investing. Strong background in digital products, web, and mobile solutions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with both technic
