About the Role We are looking for aLegal Associate to join the Alfasigma Global Legal Team in Milan. In this role, you will work closely with business and operations teams. You will focus oncontract management across Business Development, R&D;, Supply Chain and Procurement. You will also gain exposure toM&A; transactions and strategic corporate projects , working in a global and cross‐functional environment. What You Will Do Contract Management (Business Development & R&D;) Draft, review andsupport in thenegotiation ofagreements, including: Licensing (in- and out-licensing) Research and co-development agreements Strategic partnership contracts Support deal structuring and negotiations Manage the full contract lifecycle (execution, amendments, renewals) Identify risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions Supply Chain & Procurement Support contracts related to: Supply and procurement Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) Logi
