Overview Inter Systems Trak Care and Intelli Care are a unified healthcare information systems based on advanced technologies. Trak Care and Intelli Care create a complete view of each patient's history, provides secure access to records at every point of care and on any Internet-connected device, integrates with other applications, and delivers real-time analytics to support informed clinical and operational decisions. The system includes clinical, administrative, laboratory, and community care capabilities unified by a single data repository and is deployed in 25 countries, ranging from single hospitals to nationwide healthcare networks. Inter Systems Health Share is the Inter Systems platform for healthcare interoperability, data management, and analytics. Health Share enables the aggregation, normalization, and sharing of clinical and administrative data across disparate systems, supporting regional and national health information exchanges, population health initiatives, and advanced analytics use cases.



Role Overview The Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technical streams across Inter Systems implementation engagements, including system build and configuration, integration, data migration, outputs and reporting, and solution customization. The role provides end-to-end technical governance across Trak Care and Health Share implementations, ensuring that solutions are delivered to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. The Technical Manager acts as the senior technical authority on projects and a trusted advisor to customers, working effectively with senior clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate credibly with high-standing clients. The position includes line management responsibility and close collaboration with sales, delivery, and regional teams. Travel of up to 50% is required
