Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role within GAFC's Processes & Operations unit, you translate regulatory AFC requirements into practical processes and supporting technology. You'll bridge regulatory knowledge with hands-on data work to improve efficiency across AFC areas such as screening, risk classification, and reporting. You will shape how the group translates rules into scalable processes and IT solutions, contributing to the GAFC multi-year strategy. Collaborate with international teams to deliver tangible impact through data, automation, and governance.

Use data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and controls
Create templates, dashboards, or small scripts to automate repetitive tasks
Support and guide IT project implementations across the Generali Group, ensuring regulatory alignment
Govern AFC processes and tools and contribute to their evolution and governance
Contribute to GAFC's multi-year IT strategy and propose new initiatives
Gather requirements,



perform functional testing, and track KPIs
Responsibilities Strong analytical skills with data experience
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python, Excel VBA/macros, low-code platforms)
Data visualization experience (Power BI)
Strong communication skills
Experience with process optimization
Fluency in English
Experience liaising with IT teams and regulating processes
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Hands-on problem-solving approach
