Experteer Overview In this role you lead the technical depth of Vertiv's EMEA Service Thermal delivery, driving best‐class support and incident resolution while strengthening team competencies. You ensure safety standards, coordinate warranty and RCAR activities, and collaborate with R&D;, Quality, and Academy to align technical services with business goals. You'll shape new service competencies, support NPDI, and manage field readiness to maximize uptime and efficiency. This role offers impactful work at the intersection of product quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities Ensure health and safety standards are implemented and followed
Provide best‐in‐class technical support and incident resolution practices to optimize service levels
Strengthen central technical team competencies across EMEA Thermal Service Operations
Oversee timely escalation and resolution of technical issues
Develop new technical competencies and service disciplines to achieve business objectives
Support service offerings with technical input for new products and services




Oversee lifecycle management of installed base and warranty processes
Coordinate training plans with Academy to meet service organization needs
Lead and coordinate Field Change Notices and related actions in EMEA
Facilitate cooperation with Quality, R&D; and other functions to improve product quality
Support presence and voice in New Product Development (NPDI) processes
Coordinate readiness for new products in field and manage tech support forums
Supervise spare parts lists and crash kit planning
Foster implementation of a regionalized technical support structure
Collaborate with Global/Regional teams to harmonize practices and tools
Maintain up‐to‐date technical knowledge on products and services
Monitor competitor offerings to inform improvements
Log and drive resolution of product effectiveness issues
Interface with R&D;, Quality, factory teams, and customers
