Experteer Overview In this role, you support customers on their post-Go-Live journey by guiding them through Workday solutions and configurations. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, delivering targeted micro consulting, demonstrations, and practical guidance to drive adoption and business value. You'll combine deep product knowledge with clear communication to help customers solve problems and realize outcomes. This is a collaborative, high-impact role at a company focused on people, empathy, and continuous learning. Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements Communicate responses and value to customers clearly Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars) Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator) Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)



Maintain Workday product expertise and certifications; stay updated on the roadmap Contribute to new programs to drive customer feature adoption Deliver other Customer Enablement services such as Office Hours and configuration reviews Support deployments including full deployment of Workday features Travel up to 20% Responsabilità 3+ years of IT implementation experience 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems (e.g., Workday, People Soft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) 2+ years of software consulting experience Fluent in French, Spanish, Italian or German Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of: Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features release Ability to distill complex concepts into clear presentations Strong multitasking across engagements Excellent verbal and written Engli
