Experteer Overview You drive profitable growth in a defined Italian area by building customer relationships, managing a healthy pipeline, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver value. You work closely with distributors, direct customers, and internal teams to convert demand into revenue, while staying attuned to market trends and competition. The role combines field execution, stakeholder management, and strategic account planning in a global tech-focused environment. This is an opportunity to shape growth in a critical market for Vishay's extensive portfolio of discrete semiconductors and passive components. Retribuzione / Benefits Own territory execution across the Italian area, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy Develop and maintain relationships with direct customers, POS customers, and distribution network stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership)



Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and convert to revenue Lead commercial discussions with customers via the distribution network and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution Provide market and customer intelligence and translate insights into actions Coordinate cross-functional resources and align with Sales Team and internal partners to deliver on customer needs Plan and coordinate activities within local projects/workstreams with management and stakeholders Track milestones, evaluate progress, and support delivery acceptance where applicable Responsabilità Proven B2 B sales / account management experience, ideally in electronic components or semiconductors Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Structured, proactive, customer-oriented approach with high accountability Strong English communication; Italian fluency expected Willingness to travel mainly within Italy Good knowledge of CRM tool
