In this role you drive growth for TD SYNNEX Italy by translating HPE’s plans into strategic actions in key segments. You will grow profitability through the vendor portfolio, enable sales teams and manage vendor relationships end-to-end. You’ll craft tailored value propositions, oversee quarterly planning, and promote long‑term customer engagement. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

- Drive sales from the vendor portfolio, including onboarding of new vendors
- Engage multiple customer stakeholders to secure successful outcomes
- Take market‑ready solution and service offerings (including TaaS) to market
- Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution
- Oversee vendor management and build unique customer value propositions
- Support sales teams to win and grow market share
- Ensure consistent use of CRM for business continuity
- Maintain deep knowledge of the vendor's product/service line
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned with customer xysqume requirements
- 4+ years in IT with channel and/or vendorBD experience
- Good knowledge of HPE Portfolio and Juniper networking solutions
- Strong emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to build multi‑level relationships
- High energy and motivation
- Experience in services and solution selling
- Strategic planning and business case development
