In this role you drive growth for DYWIDAG’s products and engineering solutions in your territory, blending technical insight with commercial acumen. You will lead technical and commercial proposals, support project delivery, and nurture key customer relationships to translate requirements into valuable outcomes. You work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful bids and customer satisfaction. This is a global, hands-on position with on-site support and travel, offering growth within an international team.

- Permanent contract
- Annual gross salary (RAL) of approximately 35.
- Partially hybrid working
- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including documentation review, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing, and bid submissions.
- Drive sales growth and market share for DYWIDAG products and solutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding current and future requirements and delivering value-added solutions.




- Promote products, services, and capabilities through meetings, technical presentations, and project consultations.
- Provide technical and engineering support by recommending solutions based on project specs and drawings.
- Review engineering documents, plans, and tender documents to identify opportunities and suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure accurate proposals, delivery, and satisfaction. xysqume
- Provide on-site technical assistance and project support when required.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline
- Clear customer focus and business acumen
- Ability to interpret engineering documents and procedures for construction and manufacturing
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Networking capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel
- Affinity for financial reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- AutoCAD knowledge and ability to create drawings if required
