As Director of Middle East Sales, you will lead revenue growth across the GCC for the Italian RFH portfolio. You will strengthen our position among royal families, government entities, family offices, and luxury travel partners. You will craft and execute regional sales strategies, build annual plans, and evaluate partnerships for sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to boost brand awareness and market share in a high-end, culturally diverse market. This role offers a chance to shape luxury hospitality sales at scale in the Middle East and collaborate with top-tier partners.

- Develop and execute the Middle East sales strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and brand awareness in the GCC for the Italian RFH portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing key producing partners
- Build annual business plans, sales objectives, and account strategies aligned with company goals




- Contribute to Annual Sales and Marketing Plan for Italian Hotels
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate sales initiatives and partnerships for ROI and sustainable revenue growth
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with GSO to develop opportunities across leisure, corporate, government, and luxury segments
- Develop and expand relationships with leading luxury travel agencies, tour operators, xysqume consortia, and travel advisors
- Organize and lead sales missions, educational visits, client events, and familiarization trips
- 5–7 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales
- Fluent in English; Italian and Arabic desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively in the GCC and internationally
- Strong understanding of outbound travel trends in the GCC region
- Established relationships across luxury travel, corporate, government, and high-net-worth segments
