Converse Italy seeks a Lead Product Engineer to drive the technical design and development of footwear from concept to production. You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, Materials, and Manufacturing to ensure fit, performance, quality, sustainability, and profitability of each style.
You will own the technical execution for assigned styles, leveraging consumer insights and emerging technologies to elevate the Converse brand and deliver consumer-led product solutions.
