Experteer Overview In this role you support the Sales function in France as a legal advisor, handling day-to-day operations, interpreting contracts, and guiding risk assessments to align with corporate strategy. You draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, enabling growth while protecting the company's interests. You leverage AI tools to streamline research and contract analysis and help implement governance standards across regions. You also serve as a bridge between legal and internal teams to keep processes scalable in a changing sales environment.

Conduct legal research and contract analysis using AI tools to improve speed and precision
Coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to ensure governance and regulatory compliance across regions
Serve as a liaison between the legal department and internal teams to keep processes scalable and adaptable to sales needs
Responsabilità Admitted to practice law, preferably in France (Bar admission)
5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law
Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts in French and English
Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
