Hitachi Energy is seeking a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator to lead the Power+ Program across Central Southern Europe and the Middle East. You will partner with business leaders to design high‐impact assignments and ensure consistent, global standards while adapting to local market needs.
You will directly manage Power+ Trainees, drive recruitment strategies, onboarding, and development activities, and maintain data quality and reporting across the program landscape.
