Specialista Senior / Project Manager As a Senior HR leader and strategic partner, you will guide the full employee lifecycle and advise senior leadership on people decisions. You will oversee labor relations at territorial and national levels, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead change initiatives. This role combines high-impact negotiations with cross-functional collaboration to support Fed Ex's global people strategy. You will work with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with our People-Service-Profit culture.
