As a KYC Specialist, you support onboarding and ongoing AML/KYC reviews to ensure timely, accurate client due diligence. You will collaborate with the Italy OFAC, AML, KYC team and wider Investment Services functions to uphold State Street’s AML standards. The role involves handling CDD documentation, form completion, and reporting to senior management, while meeting KRI/KPI targets. It offers a hybrid work setup and a clear path to influence client relationships and risk controls. You will develop expertise in AML/KYC, contribute to process improvements, and train on new tools and processes.

- Perform Know Your Customer due diligence prior to account openings and on an ongoing basis
- Review and track CDD documentation for all clients
- Complete necessary forms to support CDD
- Notify local management of operational issues
- Engage with other State Street offices to provide updates and deliver reports




- Meet KRI/KPI targets for KYC profile reviews and quality assurance
- Supervise and review status reports for senior management
- Verify profiles prepared by Associate 1 for quality and detail
- Manage training projects related to new tools, systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and processes
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational and administrative xysqume skills
- Ability to supervise staff and ensure timely, accurate work
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to reprioritize tasks
- Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Degree in Economics or financial industry background
- Minimum four years of operations-related experience
