Role Overview As the Plant HR Leader for Pomigliano Plant, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership in a complex manufacturing environment. You will partner with site and business leadership to drive employee engagement, support business growth, lead union relations, and ensure HR strategies and processes enable organizational performance and a strong people culture. In This Role, You Will Provide HR leadership, guidance,



and coaching to managers and employees across a complex business environment supporting multiple employee populations, products, and customers, with a strong focus on business growth and employee engagement. Lead and execute union relations strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with site and business priorities. Lead a team of HR professionals and drive the site HR strategy to support key business objectives. Model and reinforce behaviors that reflect our culture, purpose, and values, while aligning HR processes, organizational structure, and systems to deliver business strategy and attract, retain and develop talent.
