Experteer Overview In this role you lead a procurement team to deliver high-quality, compliant services and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and purchasing. You will align procurement activities with business objectives and supplier performance targets to boost efficiency and reduce risk. You'll partner with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and support the supply chain's overall performance. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, procedures, ethics, and regulations Apply procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, quality, delivery, and working capital Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions Oversee purchasing operations and risk management related to quality, delivery, terms,



and suppliers Support implementation and optimization of procurement and supply chain systems and digital tools Identify root causes of operational challenges and drive process improvements Build strong internal and supplier relationships to align with business priorities and procurement objectives Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in a related field (as listed) At least 3 years in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing, and operations Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights Proven change leadership and process improvement capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills Customer-oriented mindset foc
