Job Overview The Bar Manager takes responsibility for the financial success of the Cone Club Bar. They are responsible for ensuring an efficient operation, a superior customer experience, and the development of staff. Responsibilities Lead a small team by example and assist with drink mixing or table service when needed. Ensure the front‐of‐house is fully staffed, particularly during peak times. Meet sales and profitability targets. Create a welcoming environment for customers. Ensure consistent, high‐quality beverages are served. Handle customer feedback and provide effective solutions to complaints.



Develop a positive work environment and encourage staff career development. Monitor beverage inventory to maintain adequate stock. Oversee cleanliness of staff and the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a busy bar, pub or restaurant environment. Knowledge of English and Italian. Strong leadership skills. Experience managing accounts, processing payments and setting budgets. Experience meeting sales targets (essential) and marketing experience (preferred). Experience in a customer‐facing role with excellent customer service (must). #J-18808-Ljbffr
