OLIVER Agency Germany seeks a Social Media Manager and Creator Manager to lead organic social strategy and creator partnerships in Milan. You will own the content calendar, engage communities, and manage creator onboarding from the Creator Bench, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
You will recruit, brief, and oversee creators, track performance with CreatorIQ/AspireIQ, and coordinate with internal teams. Fluency in Italian and English is essential; experience with AI tools is a plus.
