Remarketing Business Operations Specialist
In this role, you support the Used Cars remarketing operations by coordinating administrative, operational, and reporting activities. You enable the Remarketing team to focus on commercial activities while ensuring smooth sales processes and accurate data, with a focus on performance monitoring. You will consolidate data, generate dashboards, and prepare management material to guide decisions. The role sits at the heart of a data-driven, scalable Used Cars operation within a fast-growing multinational. This is a hands-on positions with cross-functional collaboration and impact on strategic outcomes.

- Salary: 36,000 - 46,000 gross annual salary

- Collaborate with the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager on department operations
- Coordinate operational, administrative, and reporting activities supporting Used Cars sales processes
- Consolidate and analyze Remarketing data; prepare reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
- Monitor Used Cars KPIs and provide regular performance analyses
- Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flows
- 3-5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in Used Cars, Remarketing, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Strong understanding of Used Cars commercial processes and operational workflows

- Proven experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
- Excellent PowerPoint skills for clear, professional presentations
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
