Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the ICQA team within a fast-paced fulfillment center to safeguard inventory accuracy and quality. You align operations with network strategies, shaping processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You drive safety, training, and data-driven improvements while coaching a diverse team. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and a focus on defect-free order fulfillment in a dynamic logistics environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and supervise hourly associates, team leads and data analysts in ICQA Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance, and issue-solving within FC Plan shifts, forecast workload,



and direct tasks Oversee process-improvement projects to boost quality and productivity Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze data for improvements Develop talent by training managers and associates Provide leadership during handovers and communicate priorities Responsabilità Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management Experience in data analysis and working with data sets and tools Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written) Advanced MS Office, especially Excel Previous experience leading teams Experience influencing stakeholders within Ops organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
