AFFINITY PETCARE is seeking a Process Leader for our Mantova plant to refine manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and uphold a culture of excellence. You will support the Cell Manager in deploying Manufacturing Excellence capabilities and diagnose process issues to minimize downtime and maximize output.
Responsibilities include leading loss analysis, AM implementation, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
