For our italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) , we are now seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fantastic team.
This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional with a strong operational profile , able to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data, while contributing to a continuously evolving finance environment . The Senior Accountant works in and with the Finance team, supporting core accounting activities with a particular focus on general ledger, payroll and T&E; accounting, tax operational activities, and fixed assets , and providing stability and reliability to the overall close process.
The position reports directly to the Head of Finance Italy .
Perform and manage general ledger accounting activities ,

including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Actively support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities , ensuring deadlines are met and accounting data is accurate and complete.
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for closing and reporting purposes.
Payroll, T&E; & Tax Operational Accounting
Perform postings and reconciliation activities related to payroll costs , social charges, and related balance sheet accounts, incl. Manage T&E; accounting and reconciliations , ensuring correct posting and consistency between systems and the general ledger.
Support tax‑related operational accounting activities , including postings, reconciliations, and monitoring of tax balances, incl. coordination with external providers, with flexibility to support a broader in‑house scope in the future.
