Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Professional to support the expansion of Rentokil Initial in Livorno and its province. The role includes planning, maintaining, and developing client relationships while ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop the sales plan to increase Rentokil Initial's market penetration in line with the company's commercial policy.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships, achieving the assigned profit targets and increasing customer satisfaction.
Support clients throughout their decision‐making process, respond to questions, negotiate terms, and prepare commercial proposals.
Establish and maintain relationships and service levels to ensure client loyalty.
Address client issues promptly and effectively.
Expand the portfolio by showcasing the benefits of high‐value Rentokil Initial services.
Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Care, Operations, Credit) to handle client requests.
Build long‐term relationships with current and potential clients.




Develop the client portfolio and generate new leads to meet and exceed pre‐set sales targets.
Ensure full profitability and solvency of each client.
Contact potential clients within assigned geographic areas, market sectors, and client types to develop business targets through a visit and offer plan.
Establish relationships with potential clients by promoting Rentokil services and actively negotiating sales opportunities.
Assess opportunity size, value, and timing.
Use the "Sales EcoSystem" tool to track prospects and plan the sales stages and other relevant data (customer information, sales numbers, offers, visits).
Prepare and explain service offers, collaborating with other functions to achieve sound business results.
Negotiate and close revenue‐stream sales.
Manage activities to reach planned objectives and profitability levels, focusing on new clients and net gain (net gain = new contracts + existing profitability – closed contracts).
