FedEx Group is hiring a Senior Labor Legal Counsel to oversee employment law matters for a multinational transportation company in Italy. You will report to the General Counsel Italy and guide HR and management on both strategic and operational labor issues.
Responsibilities include advising on individual and collective employment matters, managing litigation, drafting contracts and policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting reorganizations from a labor-relations perspective.
