Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Alessandria, Piedmont, Italy. You will lead a team of Area Managers, drive safety, quality and productivity across the site, and develop the operational plan to meet targets.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security to design initiatives that improve performance. You will mentor and coach teams daily, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement across the fulfilment centres.
