Qualifications & Experience
- Coordinating and managing implementation of technical projects.
- Supporting technical leadership in providing video conferencing and connectivity services.
- Reporting, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creating technical documentation; maintaining project plans and budgets.
- Active support, enhancement, implementation, and management of IP networks, telecommunications, and videoconferencing systems.
- Engaging and managing third‑party service providers and vendors, technical overseeing troubleshooting, and coordinating second and third‑level support.
- Managing systems such as voice‑over‑IP (VOIP) technologies and video conferencing platforms (e.g.)
