Our Client is a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters, which satisfy the most challenging and demanding needs in industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of Supply Chain operations, balancing costs and service levels. You will monitor key economic drivers such as inventory, capacity allocation, lead times, procurement, and transportation. Additionally, you will oversee the effectiveness of sales operations and planning processes, ensuring the achievement of company targets related to On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Lead Time (LT).
Main Responsibilities
Plant Strategy Implementation
Support the Plant Manager in defining and developing short–medium and long–term strategic objectives for your area of responsibility.
Ensure the local implementation of BU HQ Supply Chain policies and guidelines.




Translate planned plant KPIs into actionable logistics indicators and service level targets.
Supply Chain Management
Ensure local implementation of Supply Chain policies and guidelines across the Plants.
Take ownership of planning and Supply Chain operations, managing costs and service levels.
Monitor key economic factors, including inventory, capacity allocation, lead times, procurement, and transportation.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the master production planning process.
Oversee warehouse management, including stock levels and coordination with external suppliers.
Ensure procurement processes meet production requirements efficiently and effectively.
Drive achievement of targets for Available-to-Promise (ATP), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and inventory investment.
Budgeting
Prepare, propose, and manage the Supply Chain budget for costs, revenues, and investments at the Plant level.
