Trilingual Executive Assistant (Italian, English, German)
Family office operating in Milano, Munich, Luxembourg, and the U.S
Azienda A small-sized company specializing in financial services, focused on delivering tailored solutions to clients. The organization values professionalism, precision, and efficiency in its operations.
Offerta Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
Setting up and organizing efficient office management and a systematic filing system
Implementing accounting and payroll systems in collaboration with an auditing firm
Independent correspondence with business partners in German and English
Preparation and follow-up for advisory board and supervisory board meetings: organizing meetings, including coordinating schedules for all participants, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes and summaries
Close coordination with the assistant in Munich: schedule management, travel management
Support with day-to-day operations (organizational and administrative)
Independently taking on individual projects
Competenze ed esperienza Your Profile




High school diploma with completed business training and/or further training as an executive assistant
Several years of experience as an assistant in a comparable position with relevant references
Excellent communication skills and a confident command of written and spoken German; good English skills are expected
You are able to handle pressure, flexible, and highly motivated
You enjoy taking the initiative and handle stressful situations with composure
You are accustomed to conducting yourself professionally and have a high standard of quality
You have a structured approach to work and a knack for numbers
