Amazon is seeking an HR Partner in the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Italy. You will partner with leaders across the organization to drive inclusive talent strategies, support Builders, and apply HR fundamentals in a fast-paced environment.
You will coach leaders, manage complex performance and investigations, and help deploy compensation, employee relations, and development programs while maintaining strict confidentiality and high judgement.
