Overview
GV-Novara Warehouse – Italy, Novara, via Enrico Fermi 7Internship in the Outbound Logistics team. The role includes working closely with the team and the tutor to carry out key outbound activities, mainly POD (Proof of Delivery) and customs entry, while interface with Tax and Sales Administration teams and customs brokers in the UK and the US.
Responsibilities
- Support the Outbound Logistics team under the supervision of the tutor.
- Verify customs documents issued by the customs authorities of destination countries (UK, US).
- Check and file POD documents, ensuring proof of delivery for all shipped goods.
- Coordinate with team members and external partners, such as customs brokers, to ensure smooth outbound processes.

Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Helpful, cooperative,



precise and attentive to details.
- Fluent in Italian; good proficiency in English.
